Meet Li’l Finder Guy.

One of the sharpest things tied to the MacBook Neo launch.

Apple pushed the Neo through a run of unhinged TikTok ads and the tone matched the target. That matters. The Neo is not a machine for people who treat spec sheets like scripture. It is for people who respond to speed, mood, humor, and things that register immediately. Apple understood that and marketed accordingly.

That is why Li’l Finder Guy works. He looks like Finder broke containment, developed a personality, and wandered into the internet at exactly the right time. Familiar enough to register instantly. Strange enough to stick. Soft, weird, and designed with enough charm that Apple could sell the Neo to one market and wipe out the ugly Labubu economy with a squishy key charm version of the other.

He does not feel overdesigned. He feels inevitable.
