Intention means being clear about how I spend my time, who I invest in, and what I build toward instead of moving on autopilot. I don’t want my days decided by momentum or habit. I want to know why I’m saying yes, why I’m saying no, and where my energy is going.
It’s showing up on purpose. Choosing words with care. Honoring capacity. Treating relationships, health, and work as conscious choices. Fewer defaults, more deliberate habits. Less drifting, more directing.
I want my life to reflect decisions made with a clear mind, not reactions to whatever was loudest in the moment.
